Cultural manager and co-founder of TAKT - Ana leads the organization’s strategic direction, partnerships, marketing, and public presence. With deep experience in both interdisciplinary artistic collaboration and the mainstream live music and festival industry, she brings a rare synthesis of creative thinking and high-level production expertise. Her background in large-scale event organization and cultural management fuels TAKT’s momentum, ensuring a professional yet experimental space for contemporary performance to grow.
Nika Bauman
Co-Founder and Artistic Director
Multidisciplinary artist, curator, and artistic director of TAKT - Nika crafts the collective’s curatorial identity with a focus on hybrid formats, critical dialogue, and bold artistic narratives. Her vision is informed by years of experience through her independent formats and the Synesthetic project, where she developed immersive, unconventional performance structures. With a keen eye for emerging voices and underrepresented stories, her programming challenges norms while staying emotionally and intellectually resonant.
